What makes the TruMark 3330 so special
The UV crystal inside the TruMark 3330 is larger than that of its competitors. In addition, the "Micro Mover" motor developed by TRUMPF moves it in such a way that the laser alternately hits different points. Both of these aspects ensure that you benefit from a long service life and durability.
A plug-in laser fibre cable allows the TruMark 3330 to be easily integrated into any production line and replaced using plug-and-play functionality. This reduces machine downtime to a minimum.
The TruMark 3330 generates less heat during processing than infrared laser systems. This minimises the risk of cracks and burrs forming in the material – and enables the processing of sensitive and flame-retardant plastics and glass for use in critical areas such as medical technology.
Would you like a system that meets your specific requirements but is ready for immediate use? The TruMark 3330 includes all key components, such as interfaces, scanners, software and laser-safe housing – and can be integrated into overall control concepts.
Further advantages
-
Safe and reliable with PLe
The TruMark 3330 meets the highest safety level, Performance Level e (PLe). Redundant safety systems and rapid error detection increase production reliability – without the need for additional measures on the laser itself. -
Customised operation
The TruTops Mark Module Interface (TTM-MI) allows you to customise the laser software to your requirements. This allows you to seamlessly integrate the laser into your production systems, such as your database.
One system. All TRUMPF
A laser on its own is not a solution. Only when combined with precise optics, intelligent sensors and bespoke services can a system be created that makes your applications possible and ensures reliable processes. In TRUMPF, you have a partner who not only delivers technology, but reliable process results – solutions that tangibly advance your production and pay off through sustainable success.
Sensor systems
Monitor, control, document – in real timeOverview
Whether it’s welding, marking, or surface processing – our sensor systems measure, control, and document the factors that determine the quality of your laser processes. They detect the position of each component, keep the laser power, focus, and temperature under control, and inspect the weld or marking. Fully documented and traceable. And because they use the same control as our lasers, they are ready for use without any integration work. Find out here which system is right for your application.
VisionLine
During the marking process, VisionLine ensures that markings are precisely positioned and legible. It detects the component's position, compensates for deviations, and checks codes and text for properties such as contrast and completeness. For markings that must also meet strict quality requirements.
