TRUMPF encourages the courage to think unconventionally and to think outside the box. We therefore offer a wide range of training courses on specific interdisciplinary methods. This can include, for example topics relating to communication, the development of intercultural skills or knowledge of health-related issues.

We specifically promote junior managers from within our own ranks. As part of our potential analysis process, we identify talent and build career paths together with our employees. To this end, we offer targeted development programs, tailored modules on the topic of "leadership" and exchanges with our top management level.
