Company administrator

The Company Administrator function allows you to manage your employees' permissions. This allows you to comply with your company's specific approval processes. The permissions affect the functions in MyTRUMPF, the TRUMPF E-Shop, the Service App and other TRUMPF applications. You also have the option of making other users company administrators.

Overview of responsibilities

Users with admin rights can be viewed by all employees in an organization. If permissions need to be changed, it does not take much administration work.

Call up Account management where you can apply to be a company administrator and view your existing company administrators.

Here's how it works: Viewing and assigning roles and permissions 

A company administrator's view: In the "User overview" area, you can find an overview of all users in your organisation, invite new users and view their permissions. You can access the "User overview" area in your account management under "Company admin".

If you want to invite a new user, first enter the e-mail address and then their personal data. The invited user will receive an e-mail with further steps to complete their registration and will be assigned directly to your account.

Here you can view and manage the user's permissions. Inactive users can be removed from your account.
