Service engineer in field service: You get the best out of the machines

At TRUMPF, you will benefit from a wealth of international experience and discover many other cultures – after all, you will be looking after our customers' machines all over the world. Your team will consist of service engineers in the office and in the field, as well as management colleagues. Of course, you will also meet many other stakeholders from within and outside the company in your daily work.
TRUMPF machines are used all over the world. Our technical service takes care of all customer issues relating to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and much more. As a service engineer, you will advise our customers as part of the office team providing Remote Support or take care of the machines directly on site. If you would like to be part of our Service Competence Center, you will be responsible for dealing with major technical malfunctions.
As a newcomer, you will have an extensive training program to get to know our machines better. Initially, you will work with an experienced colleague in a team. As soon as you are ready, you will take on your own responsibilities. You can become an expert for specific machines or support us as an all-around talent. We offer you a wide range of career opportunities: if you start as maintenance personnel, for example, you can gain a qualification as a service engineer while working.
